FIfth Task

In general, the teachers are aware of their students' needs and the things that need to be improved. One example is the motivation the teachers want the students to have. Some (like the one who knows that her students quite prefer group-work than working alone), reflect upon the tasks that they use for their english classes. In that regard, they have got some awareness when choosing the type of tasks for the English Class. Regarding that specific notion, it is important to emphasise on the development that students have throughout the courses. It seems to be pivotal compared to one the typical classes that one finds at cretain contexts. Thus, it is when the teachers talk about their own reflection as something that really matters for giving meaninful input to the students for them to do their best.
In general, the teachers reflect upon the classes and the students in a critcial and creative way. They solve solutions and create new opportunities for outperforming while reflecting upon all the things done and to do.
