  1. What is reflective teaching?
Reflective teaching is the process that educators do in order to self-evaluate their teaching process.
  1. How important is reflective teaching?
It is important for the teacher and the students. Being reflective endorses the way teachers develop the different activities and what activities are needed for a specific group after regarding prior experience and knowledge,
  1. What is the cycle of reflection like?
Thinking: It is the process that students and teachers carry out to understand what are the problems and issues to take actions with.
Asking questions: Students and teachers ask questions to get into the possible solutions or actions to take with the problems which were identified.
Act: Actions to take to solve the issues within the classroom and the lessons.
Reflect: Reflection done upon the actions taken to see if they were useful or if it is necessary to think again about new actions to take.
  1. What is reflection? How many types of reflection are there?
There are two types of reflection: in-action and on-action. 
In-action: It is developed while the activities are done. It is very useful for teachers to know the bare insights students may have regarding the activities done.
On-action: It is the reflection that teachers and students do after the lesson. 
  1. What can be done to put reflective teaching into practice?
To be up to receive critics and to have an open mind to receive new insights or ideas to change what is not working in the classes

Second Task: Reflective Teaching... What is it?

Every teacher has got his own style regarding the teaching process. Such process needs to be assessed by the own knowledge and experience that the teacher gets through the different situations and issues s/he faces. Thus, the teacher carries out a self-observation and a self-evaluation of his/her own process towards the way he teaches, the activities developed in the classes, and the way the actions taken to solve problems. The reflection occurs not only in something that the teacher does but also becomes an exercises that implies the students' perceptions and reflections upon the process and issues mentioned.
