Thus, I think it is importamt but not the most relevant tregarding the sociocultural features. It is not even diffcult compared to other languages like Spanish or German, what makes this language so useful.  For I to learn and imporve my English proficiency, it was too difficult to practice speaking by myself. Every teacher has got his own style regarding the teaching process. Such process needs to be assessed by the own knowledge and experience that the teacher gets through the different situations and issues s/he faces. Thus, the teacher carries out a self-observation and a self-evaluation of his/her own process towards the way he teaches, the activities developed in the classes, and the way the actions taken to solve problems. The reflection occurs not only in something that the teacher does but also becomes an exercises that implies the students' perceptions and reflections upon the process and issues mentioned.  

In general, the teachers are aware of their students' needs and the things that need to be improved. One example is the motivation the teachers want the students to have. Some (like the one who knows that her students quite prefer group-work than working alone), reflect upon the tasks that they use for their english classes. In that regard, they have got some awareness when choosing the type of tasks for the English Class. Regarding that specific notion, it is important to emphasise on the development that students have throughout the courses. Every single thing developed throughout history has always needed a core process. This core process can merely be set as a cognitive one. Besides, this process requires using ideas or beliefs to create perceptions according to a person's attitude or prior knowledge. If a person is knowledgeable of something, then, he/she is indeed capable of reflecting on the regarding the topic. Moreover, those ideas or beliefs reflect upon the background knowledge or experience a person has, creating different superstitions or misbeliefs.
